As Gordon says there is no sign of VSTO in 2010. I think VSTA is still in onenote or the other one that no one uses, whose name I can never remember)(infopath)(had to google it).
We are all expecting some sort of closer .net/office integration within 1 or two releases, but no one knows, or at least no one is saying, when.
VSTO in Visual Studio 2010 is much better integrated than previous versions, and C# in .net 4.0 is more office friendly too.
